We like the Location because it's very close to many restaurants, coffee & groceries as well the hotel offer free parking, also, it's very close to the beach therefor, we choice the same Apartment for our stay twice in the same month during August

The STAFF are truly committed to giving the best possible service and help to their guests. They were very polite and extremely helpful during our stay. Keep up the good work everyone. The location was close to the waterfront, Camps bay and all other attractions. Convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to cape town.

If we could give this hotel 6 stars out of 5, we would! We booked Pineapple house for the price & cute decor—it exceed all expectations. It’s in the Seaport district, so it’s within walking distance to the water, Mojo Market (food hall!), the boardwalk that takes you to the V&A waterfront (easy walk on a nice day!), and a quick uber to anywhere else. This area is more quaint, with cuter, nicer restaurants and shops than Long street. The room was adorable with the different textures and wallpaper. We had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is phenomenal. I didn't really think I'd care bc as a foodie, I was excited to roam to a nice brunch spot! But this IS a nice brunch spot. In the States, when we see "breakfast included" we think cold croissants and boxed cereal. This was not that. They’ll make you a variety of coffee drinks and whatever hot breakfast you want (omelets, eggs benedict, etc.) in addition to their cold buffet of fruit, yogurt, granola, and baked goods. I swear the fruit tastes better in South Africa. We always started the day off with a full stomach and start exploring immediately! The mini bar in your room is fully stocked ($1-$3 max!), televisions have Netflix pre-loaded, and there are full bottles of wine and liquor in the lobby you can take to your room and enjoy. We had a delicious rose from Creation for only ($20/bottle). A little bonus: The first night we arrived at midnight and the hotel manager, Lewis, walked us to McDonald’s bc we were so hungry and everything was closed. It was several blocks away and he even waited with us while they prepared our food. Above and beyond customer service. The entire staff was so accommodating. We stayed here 4 nights and each night was perfect. If you stay here, don't forget to bring cash to tip the site manager, chef, waitress, and maid each day. We tipped ~100ZAR per person/day.

We had an amazing time! The room, the lovely staff, the facilities, all was in the highest level. We recommend it for anyone who want to experience a boutique luxurious visit. Hotel on the Promenade is a boutique-style hotel located 164 feet from the Sea Point Promenade. It features a stylish restaurant and bar. this place is a secret gem . breakfast was one of the best ever , food amazing , quite , cozy beach within 100 metres in the top two boutique hotels i have ever stayed in. I've been to 60 countries so it says a lot cannot fault anything her and would guarantee anyone that stays here is more than happy! Service from front desk to waiters and cleaners top quality / i needed the break and this was perfect / thanks to all

Located at the Sea Point Promenade facing the Atlantic coastline, The Winchester Hotel features a pool and an Italian-style courtyard surrounded by palm trees and fountains. The location is great. The hospitality is excellent. The rooms are very spacious for a hotel in the city. The staff too are very courteous and helpful. The in-house restaurant serves some amazing food and breakfast. We had a sea facing room but the hotel also has a very pretty courtyard.

Featuring an infinity pool, President Hotel has a terrace bar with panoramic views of Lion’s Head Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. Hello I travelled with 2 friends, and we had booked the lowest room category but we were upgraded to a higher one. The hotel was great, the staff were very helpful, the location was excellent and we were on BB, the selection of food was satisfactory. One of us was vegetarian, and one of the chef at the breakfast approached us to see if he can prepare some vegetarian food for us.
